OVERVIEW

The Saragossa project is a project in development to renovate an old Spanish kitchen into a more contemporary kitchen space. Opting for a more natural palette to highlight the lush landscape on the exterior balcony also contrasted the bright tile finishes that were previously in the home.

The primary bathroom suite is a long and narrow space. Trying to keep the existing footprint to minimize cost in the renovation led to an elongated space that focuses the view to the exterior landscape.

The guest bathroom was also considered a potential space to upgrade but was ultimately left until a later phase of the project.
