Another #kitchen project we recently photographed. The addition of the glass sliding door and stair to the backyard was a second phase of the project as the first phase budget was too modest to remove the exterior laundry room that used to block the connection to the backyard.

Phasing projects can be a really helpful tool for owners that architects can add a lot of value in helping them plan the phases to minimize duplicate costs and reworks.

Recently photographed an interior renovation project that we worked on with some very inspiring clients. For this project, the clients ended up doing all of the interior design (@lauren_nicole_p) and supervising (often doing) most of the construction (@jashano_53). I think architects often undervalue what their clients can bring to the table, and we were happy to be a part of their process.
