Balmoral

The Balmoral Renovation was a proposed renovation for a condo where the owner wanted to maximize the connection to the balcony and ultimately the view of the ocean. This required renovating the primary bedroom to add a sliding door allowing near direct access to the exterior balcony as well as opening up the kitchen and orienting the island towards the view of the ocean.
