OVERVIEW
Island Avenue is a renovation for a two-bedroom two-bathroom condominium on the Venetian Islands. The project aspires to convert the residential condominium into a more industrial art loft for the owners to showcase their art collections and host events within the space. Additionally, the bedrooms were renovated to provide unique work spaces for both occupants while they work remotely traveling between homes.

The overall floor plan shows the renovation throughout the condominium including the kitchen, loft, dining, and bedroom areas.
The loft includes three custom sliding metal art walls that allow various art to be displayed and concealed behind the moveable walls. A custom sofa floats in the center of the space allowing to be a central point for guest conversations as it faces in four directions.
